Summary
This study is a screening program to find people who may be eligible for future food allergy research studies at Stanford. Researchers will test up to 1,000 volunteers with possible food allergies using skin tests and supervised food challenges. The goal is to accurately diagnose food allergies and build a pool of participants for upcoming clinical trials.
