Summary

This study tested a new way to treat severe hand tremors in people with Parkinson's disease. Ten adults received a focused ultrasound treatment that targets a small area in the brain to stop the shaking. The goal was to see if it is safe and if it can reduce tremors without needing surgery or implants.
