Summary
This study tested whether a focused ultrasound procedure could safely reduce Parkinson's disease motor symptoms, like tremors, on one side of the body. It involved 36 people with Parkinson's whose symptoms were not fully controlled by medication. The procedure aimed to target a small, specific area in the brain without making a surgical incision.
