Sound wave helmet could help chemo reach brain tumors

Summary
This early-stage trial tests a special helmet that uses sound waves to temporarily open the blood-brain barrier, allowing chemotherapy to better reach aggressive brain tumors called glioblastoma. Ten adults who have already completed initial treatment will receive the helmet treatment alongside their standard chemo. The main goal is to see if this approach is safe and feasible.
