Summary
This study tests whether taking fecal transplants (FMT) by mouth can help adults with major depression, with or without irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). About 133 participants will either receive FMT or continue their usual treatment. Researchers will measure changes in depression and IBS symptoms to see if FMT is safe and effective.
