Summary

This study looks at whether fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) can reduce or prevent nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea caused by chemotherapy or targeted therapy in people with advanced gastrointestinal cancers. About 90 adults with stage IV cancer who are about to start their 4th treatment cycle will receive FMT and be monitored for symptom changes. The goal is to see if this approach improves gut-related side effects and quality of life.
