Summary

This study tests whether giving multiple fecal microbiota transplants (FMT) works better than a single infusion to cure recurrent C. difficile infection in people with ulcerative colitis. About 64 adults with active colitis and repeat C. diff infections will receive either one or several FMT doses. The goal is to see which approach clears the infection more effectively after 8 weeks.
