Summary

This study tests whether giving flumazenil after hip replacement surgery can prevent confusion and memory problems. 150 adults having hip surgery under spinal anesthesia will receive either flumazenil or a placebo. Researchers will check thinking skills and delirium rates in the first two days after surgery.
