Doctors test simple methods to guide Life-Saving IV fluids
NCT ID NCT06180902
Summary
This study aims to find the best bedside test to predict which unconscious patients in the intensive care unit (ICU) with low blood pressure will improve after receiving IV fluids. Researchers will compare several simple, low-cost methods, like leg raising, against more complex measurements. The goal is to help doctors quickly decide the safest and most effective treatment for these critically ill patients.
