Summary

This study looks at which intravenous fluid—albumin or Ringer's solution—is better at increasing blood volume during laparoscopic surgery. About 60 adults having abdominal surgery will receive one of three fluid doses. The goal is to see which fluid keeps the heart and blood vessels working best during the operation.
