Summary
This study watches 120 critically ill adults without kidney injury at ICU entry to see if their fluid balance in the first 48 hours is linked to developing acute kidney injury (AKI). Researchers track fluids hourly and check kidney function for 7 days. The goal is to find better ways to manage fluids and lower AKI rates.
