NCT ID NCT07300085
First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving a high-dose flu vaccine together with a new long-acting antiviral drug (CD388) is safe and does not weaken the body's immune response. About 100 healthy adults aged 18 to 49 will receive either the vaccine plus CD388 or the vaccine plus a placebo. Researchers will measure antibody levels and watch for side effects to see if the combination works well.
