Two shots in one: first human trial for flu & COVID combo vaccine
NCT ID NCT06680375
Summary
This study tested a new single vaccine designed to protect against both seasonal flu and COVID-19. It involved 106 healthy adults to check for side effects and see if it safely triggers an immune response. This was the first time this specific combination vaccine was tested in people, though its individual flu and COVID parts had been tested before.
