Summary

This study aims to create a large database and collect samples from infants who experienced a brain injury from lack of oxygen during birth (HIE). It involves up to 1,000 infants in Florida and will gather their medical information along with blood and other samples. The goal is to build a resource for future research to better understand and potentially treat this condition.
