Study aims to personalize prostate cancer treatment, reduce unnecessary therapy
NCT ID NCT06216249
Summary
This study is for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to standard hormone therapy and chemotherapy. It compares the current standard treatment schedule (6 fixed doses) to a new, flexible schedule (up to 12 doses with breaks). The goal is to see if the flexible schedule helps patients live longer and reduces side effects by pausing treatment when it's working well.
