First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study is testing whether a quick, at-home stool test (FIT) can accurately detect if bowel cancer has returned after surgery. About 1,000 patients who are due for a routine colonoscopy will also provide a FIT sample. If the test works well, some patients might be able to skip the colonoscopy in the future.
