Summary
This study looks at whether a natural substance called fisetin can reduce inflammation and improve stem cell function in people with advanced chronic kidney disease, including those with diabetes. About 30 adults aged 40-80 will take fisetin or a placebo for 14 days. Researchers will measure changes in inflammation, kidney function, and physical frailty.
