Summary
This study tests whether a natural compound called fisetin can reduce inflammation and improve stem cell function in 30 adults with advanced chronic kidney disease, including those with diabetes. Participants will take fisetin or a placebo for 14 days, and researchers will measure changes in inflammation markers, kidney function, and physical frailty. The study is currently suspended, so no results are available yet.
