Summary
This is the first study to give a new drug called GSK4528287 to people. It aims to treat inflammatory bowel diseases like ulcerative colitis. Researchers will give single, increasing doses to 48 healthy volunteers to check for side effects, see how long the drug stays in the blood, and understand how it works in the body.
