Summary

This study looked back at the medical records of 300 lung cancer patients whose cancer had spread to the brain or spinal cord. All patients had a specific genetic change (EGFR+) and were treated with the drug firmonertinib. Researchers analyzed how well the drug controlled the cancer in the brain and how long patients lived without their cancer getting worse.
