NCT ID NCT06886776
Summary
This study aims to prevent suicide by promoting safe firearm storage in homes with children. It will test a program where pediatric doctors talk to parents about gun safety and offer free cable locks during check-ups. Researchers will see how well this program works across 15 community health centers in Illinois and whether training helps clinics adopt the practice.
