Summary

This study is collecting real-world safety information on finerenone, an approved heart failure medication, as it is used in routine medical practice in South Korea. Researchers will follow 300 adults with chronic heart failure for one year to monitor for any side effects and see how satisfied doctors are with the treatment. No extra tests or visits are required—the study simply observes data from normal patient care.
