Summary

This pilot study tests an online program called Finding My Way-UK for people who finished curative cancer treatment in the past year. The program includes six self-guided modules on coping, emotions, and body image. Researchers will check if it's easy to use and if it helps with hope, resilience, and finding meaning after cancer.

What this could mean

Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only, not medical advice or a prediction.

Active substance
Finding My Way-UK online program (behavioral intervention)
What this could lead to
If it works, this could provide a free, self-guided online tool to help cancer survivors feel more hopeful and resilient after treatment.
What could go wrong
This is a very small pilot study (60 people) testing feasibility, not effectiveness. The program may not show clear benefits, and results may not apply to all cancer survivors.
