Small study aims to perfect painkiller dose for chest surgery patients

Summary
This study looks for the smallest amount of a numbing medicine (bupivacaine) that works well for pain after lung surgery. About 27 adults having planned lung surgery will get a nerve block before the procedure, and the dose will be adjusted based on how well it works. The goal is to find the best dose to control pain while using as little medicine as possible.
