Cancer's hidden cost: can financial help ease the burden?
NCT ID NCT07281287
Summary
This study is testing whether offering financial counseling as a standard part of cancer care helps patients. Researchers will look at data from 40 patients and staff to see if this counseling reduces money stress, improves quality of life, and lessens emotional distress for people with cancer. The goal is to find the best way to provide this support so it becomes a normal, helpful part of treatment.
