Summary
This study is testing whether a new financial support program called 'Financial Compass' can help head and neck cancer patients who are struggling with money problems. Researchers want to see if this program works better than usual care at identifying and addressing financial hardship. The study involves 50 participants who will either receive the special financial support program or continue with their regular medical care.
