First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looked at 265 severely injured adults in southern France to see if following the 'golden hour' rule (getting patients to a trauma center within 60 minutes) improves survival. Researchers checked survival at 24 hours and 28 days. The goal was to find out if sticking to recommended time limits for pre-hospital care makes a difference in saving lives.
