Summary
This study looked at how three different types of dietary fats affect signs of inflammation, blood cholesterol, blood sugar, and gut bacteria in 25 healthy adults aged 18-60. Participants ate special diets to see which fat source caused the least inflammation. The goal was to better understand how food choices might lower the risk of type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
