First seen Apr 01, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looked at whether the FIFA 11+ Kids warm-up program, originally designed for soccer, can improve physical performance in youth judo athletes aged 10 to 14. Sixteen young judo players did both the FIFA warm-up and a standard judo warm-up on different days, then took tests for jumping, sprinting, strength, and agility. The goal was to see which warm-up better prepares them for training and competition.
