Summary

This early-stage trial tests FID-007, a reformulated version of the chemotherapy drug paclitaxel, in 50 adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The drug is wrapped in a special polymer to help it reach deeper into tumors while avoiding healthy cells. The main goals are to find the best dose and check for side effects.
