Summary

This phase 2 trial tests two drugs, ficerafusp alfa and pembrolizumab, given before surgery to people with advanced head and neck cancer that can be removed. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors and improve outcomes. About 32 participants will receive the treatment and then have surgery to remove their cancer.
