Summary
This study aimed to understand if women with fibromyalgia experience more chronic pelvic pain and pelvic floor problems than women without fibromyalgia. Researchers compared 128 women, some with fibromyalgia and some without, by asking them to fill out detailed questionnaires about their pain and quality of life. The goal was to gather information to help doctors better understand and manage these often overlapping conditions.
