Can a simple snack bar tame the tummy troubles from popular weight loss drugs?
NCT ID NCT07012317
Summary
This study aimed to see if eating snack bars with added fiber could help reduce common stomach side effects, like nausea and bloating, in people taking GLP-1 weight loss medications. Fifty adults on these medications tried different snack bars for one week each and reported their symptoms. The goal was to find a simple dietary way to improve comfort for people using these drugs.
