Summary

This study is testing if a shorter course of chemotherapy works as well as the standard longer course when combined with an immunotherapy drug for advanced head and neck cancer. It will involve 86 patients whose cancer has returned or spread and who have not yet received treatment for this stage. The main goal is to see if the shorter treatment is just as effective at shrinking tumors while potentially causing fewer side effects.
