Summary
This study tested whether playing the sound of the fetal heartbeat for 3-5 minutes during active labor can lower anxiety and pain in first-time mothers. 80 pregnant women between 38-42 weeks participated. The goal is to see if this simple, non-drug approach can improve the childbirth experience.
