Summary

This study looks at whether a special heart function test, called the myocardial performance index (MPI), can help doctors make better decisions when managing fetal anemia. Researchers will enroll 15 pregnant women whose babies have anemia from blood type incompatibility or parvovirus infection. The goal is to see if adding this heart test to standard monitoring improves care.
