Summary
This study tests whether a special PET scan (FET PET/CT) can better locate small pituitary tumors that cause Cushing disease. About 50 adults with confirmed Cushing disease who are scheduled for pituitary surgery will receive the scan before their operation. The goal is to see if this scan is more accurate than standard MRI at finding the exact tumor location, which could help surgeons remove it more precisely.
