Summary
This study is testing whether adding progesterone hormone support after IUI fertility treatment helps more couples have babies. It involves over 1,000 couples with unexplained infertility who are undergoing standard fertility treatment. Half will receive the progesterone treatment while the other half receives a placebo, and researchers will compare pregnancy and live birth rates over six months.
