First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests a combination of an immune-boosting drug (TQB2450) and a high-dose hormone (progestin) to treat young women (ages 18-45) with a specific type of early-stage endometrial cancer (MMRd). The goal is to eliminate the cancer while preserving the uterus so patients can still have children. Ten participants will receive the treatment and be monitored every 12 weeks to see if the cancer disappears and how long it stays away.
