Summary
This phase I trial tests a surgical procedure called utero-ovarian transposition (UOT) to temporarily move the uterus, ovaries, and fallopian tubes out of the radiation field in women aged 18-40 with pelvic cancers. The goal is to preserve fertility and ovarian function during whole pelvic radiotherapy. The study will assess safety, feasibility, and long-term outcomes like menstrual function and pregnancy potential.
