Summary

This study aims to understand how stem cell transplants for acute leukemia affect women's reproductive health. Researchers will review medical records of 80 women who received transplants as adults to document gynecological complications like early menopause and fertility issues. The goal is to gather data to improve future care and support for women undergoing these treatments.
