Your phone vs. you: which spots ovulation best?
NCT ID NCT07248046
Summary
This study aims to find out which combination of fertility signs—like cervical mucus, hormone levels, and body temperature—is most reliable for identifying when a woman ovulates. Thirty existing users of the Premom smartphone app will track these signs daily for three menstrual cycles. Researchers will compare the accuracy of the app's AI readings against the users' own readings to see which method gives the clearest picture of the fertile window.
