Summary
This study is testing whether a daily capsule made from fermented fruits and vegetables (Rutazyme® lemon fermented product) can improve metabolic health in adults with obesity. Forty adults aged 18-65 with a BMI of 27 or higher will take either the active capsule or a placebo for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in body fat, waist size, blood sugar, and other health markers to see if the supplement is safe and effective.
