Summary

This study compares two common pain medicines, fentanyl and remifentanil, given during gallbladder surgery. The goal is to see which one helps the bowel start working again sooner and controls pain better after the operation. About 106 adults having planned laparoscopic gallbladder removal will take part. The results will help doctors choose the best pain medicine for faster recovery.
