Summary
This study tests a 24-week church-based program called FELLAShip to help Black men aged 18 and older improve their heart health. Participants will attend weekly sessions with exercise and health education, get support from a community health worker, and use devices like a smartwatch to track progress. The goal is to see if this program can lower risks for heart disease, diabetes, and related conditions.
