This pilot study looked at whether the Feldenkrais Method, a gentle movement and awareness practice, could help reduce stress and improve well-being in 24 healthy but sedentary women aged 26-59. Participants either took eight daily 90-minute Feldenkrais sessions or were in a control group. Researchers measured stress markers like heart rate, body water balance, and psychological well-being before and after the program.
