NCT ID NCT07175974

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This pilot study looked at whether the Feldenkrais Method, a gentle movement and awareness practice, could help reduce stress and improve well-being in 24 healthy but sedentary women aged 26 to 59. Participants either took part in eight daily 90-minute Feldenkrais sessions or served as controls. Researchers measured heart rate, body water balance, and stress-related responses before and after the program to see if the practice had any effect.
