Summary
This study tests the drug fedratinib in about 31 Japanese adults with a bone marrow cancer called myelofibrosis. The goal is to see if it safely shrinks an enlarged spleen and controls the disease. Participants take the drug daily, and doctors monitor side effects and response over several months.
