Summary

This study is testing whether a fecal transplant from a carefully selected donor can help control symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). It will involve 43 adults with moderate-to-severe IBS who have a specific gut protein activity. The main goal is to see if this procedure safely reduces their overall IBS symptom score by at least half.
