Summary
This study tests whether a fecal transplant from a carefully selected donor can reduce symptoms in people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) who have high gut protein breakdown activity. About 43 adults with moderate to severe IBS will receive the transplant during a colonoscopy. The main goal is to see if symptom scores drop by at least 50 points after 12 weeks.
